Yangon, 3 Nov - Senior General Than Shwe, Chairman of the State Peace and Development
Council of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of felicitations to Her Excellency Ms Mireya Moscoso,
President of the Republic of Panama, on the occasion of the Anniversary of the
Independence Day of the Republic of Panama which falls on 3 November 2002.
