Minister for Foreign Affairs U Win Aung sends felicitations to his Panamanian counterpart

Yangon, 3 Nov - U Win Aung, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of felicitations to His Excellency Mr Jose Muguel Aleman, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama, on the occasion of the Anniversary of the independence Day of the Republic of Panama which falls on 3 November 2002.
