YANGON, 4 Aug - Senior General Than Shwe, Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of felicitations to His Excellency Mr P J Patterson, Prime Minister of Jamaica, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Jamaica which falls on 4 August 2003.
