Health minister and officials
arrive to attend meeting of GAEL
Yangon,
4 Feb— Minister of Health of Guinea Prof Manadou Soliau Diauo and member Dr
Sakoba Keita, member Dr Justin Ndoyo of Central Africa, Regional Director of
AFRO Dr E- brahim M Samba and member Dr Landry Bide arrived here by air at 7.15
pm today to attend the third meeting of Global Alliance for Elimination of
Leprosy to be held at Sedona Hotel in Myanmar from 6 to 8 February.
Director-General Dr Wan Maung of the Health
Department, Resident Representative of World Health Organization Dr Agostino
Borra and officials were on hand to welcome them at the Yangon International
Airport.
