IT lectures given at Toungoo in
Bago Division
Yangon,
4 Feb— IT Caranvan gave lectures at No 4 Basic Education High School, Toungoo,
Bago Division on 2 February.
President of Myanmar Computer Federation U Thein Oo
and No 1 Basic Education Department Deputy Dirctor-General U C Thaung Za Tuan
extended greetings on the occasion.
Then, Vice-President of MCF Rector (Rted) of
University of Computer Studies Adviser to the Ministry of Education Dr Kyaw
Thein and IT technicians lectured on titles such as ICT and new generation, How
to Apply the Multimedia in Education, Internet for Next Generation, Language
Lab IT Based Science Education and Vice-Chairperson Daw Wah Wah Tun of MICA
gave concluding remarks.
 After the ceremony, the Chairman of MCF presented a
commemorative pennant to the Deputy Director-General Of No 1 Basic Education
Department. Vice-Chairman Dr Kyaw Thein presented books worth K 66,700 donated
by the Computer Journal to U Saw Ya Day of Bago Division Education Officer;
Vice-Chairperson Daw Wah Wah Tun, Presentation CDs to U San Tin of Toungoo TEO;
U Aung Than Nyunt of SOFT Guide Computer, Language Lab CDs to Headmestress of No
4 BEHS, Toungoo. Then, the Township Education Officer presented gifts to the MCF
through Daw Than Than Tin of MCF. Next, IT technicians and lecturers
demonstrated application of Internet and IT Technology and answered the queries.
