Loation delegation leaves

Yangon, 23 May - The five-member delegation led by Mr Thong Sing Thama Mavong, member of Polibureau of People's Revolutionary Party of Lao People's Democratic Republic and Mayor of Vientiane, left here for home by air this morning. The Laotian delegation was seen off at Yangon International Airport by  Yangon City Development Committee Vice Mayor Col Maung Pa, YCDC Secretary Col Myint Aung, Joint Secretary U Aung Soe, officials, Ambassador of LPDR to Myanmar Mr Chanthavy Bodhisane and embassy staff.

Film delegation arrives

Yangon, 23 May - A 4-member study group led by Secretary-General of Film Association the People's Republic of China Mrs Lieu Xiuwen arrived here by air this afternoon for exchange and cooperation in the movie field between the two countries.

Director of Myanma Motion Picture Enterprise  U Thein Tun Aung and officials of the Chinese embassy welcomed the delegation at Yangon International Airport.

The delegation visited the Myanma Motion Picture Historical Museum on Winkaba Street, Bahan Township and met with officials of the Myanma Motion Picture Asiayon.
