Annual general meeting of Pyapon District USDA held

YANGON, 23 Oct— Pyapon District Union Solidarity and Development Association held its annual general meeting at Thiri Annawa Hall in Pyapon this morning. Present were CEC member of USDA Minister Col Thein Nyunt, departmental officials, Secretary of Ayeyawady Division USDA U Than Tun, members of District USDA, well-wishers, outstanding students, and USDA members.
CEC member Col Thein Nyunt delivered an opening address. He called on USDA members at different levels to realized the five aims of the association, to actively take part in the Three Major Projects— border area development project, rural development project and 24 special development zone project and implementation of seven-point future policy program. CEC member Col Thein Nyunt and officials presented prizes to outstanding students. Next, well-wishers presented K 550,000 to Secretary of Pyapon District USDA U Aye Kyaing. Secretary U Aye Kyaing submitted the report of District USDA. The meeting ended in the evening.
