Shwe sends message of condolence to Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger
YANGON, 4
April— Senior General Than Shwe, Chairman of the State
Peace and Development Council of the Union of Myanmar,
has sent a message of condolence to His Eminence
Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, Dean of the Sacred College,
Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith, Vatican City, on
the passing away of His Holiness Pope John Paul II on 2
April 2005.
