Industry-1 Minister meets with employees of Bilin Sugar Mill

YANGON, 29 Jan — Minister for Industry-1 U Aung Thaung, accompanied by Managing Director U Soe Hlaing of Myanma Foodstuff Industries and officials, met with officials of Bilin Sugar Mill in Bilin yesterday morning.

Managing Director U Soe Hlaing reported on crushing of sugarcane, monthly production of sugar, purchase of sugarcane, production of molasses and quality of sugarcane and sugar.

After hearing the reports, the minister gave instructions that it is necessary to enhance production capability from now on. Arrangements are to be made for purchase of sugarcane and transport matters in time. Thus, all the employees are to try their best for carrying out tasks with goodwill.
