Prime Minister felicitates Russian counterpart

YANGON, 12 June— Lt-Gen Soe Win, Prime Minister of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of felicitations to His Excellency Mr Mikhail Fradkov, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of the National Day of the Russian Federation which falls on 12 June, 2005.
