Foreign Minister felicitates Russian counterpart

YANGON, 12 June— U Nyan Win, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of felicitations to His Excellency Mr Sergei V Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of the National Day of the Russian Federation which falls on 12 June, 2005.
