YOUNG men and women consider modelling to be a sound career choice
Tin Moe Lwin, the managing director of Talents and Models agency,
said. Tin Moe Lwin said she believes they are right.
Tin Moe Lwin said most of the people that joined her agency
were between the ages of 16 and 23, they were trained to an international
standard, and many found success.
“Most people join my agency because they want to learn
and they want the industry knowledge they need to become successful,”
Tin Moe Lwin said.
“There are still a lot more girls than boys involved in
modelling, but that trend is changing,” she said.
Tin Moe Lwin said every one of her models had their fans no
matter what their specialty was.
“Some of them are talented on the catwalk, some have great
dress sense and a good body structure and others are better at
dancing. We focus on their good points and work with them.”
Tin Moe Lwin said her models made enough money to support themselves
and bought what they needed. Some were even in a position to pick
and choose the contracts they wanted for example appearing on
posters, fashion shows, and films.
Tin Moe Lwin rejects the idea that models are shameless or that
they consider themselves superior to others.
“I don’t agree with that. Models are a sample of
people, not superior. Any profession is a good one if you are
honest, reliable and hard-working,” she said.
