Announcement on legal actions taken against one man over electoral fraud in advance voting

1.U Jue Ni (a) U Tun Myint was found guilty of casting his ballot with his fake seal without using the actual seal issued by the Union Election Commission when the officials of election sub-commission conducted advance voting at the house of U Aung Than, who lives in Aung Zeya street of No (4) Ward, Pathein Township, Ayeyawady Region on 31-10-2020.

2.U Jue Ni (a) U Tun Myint who used fake seal was charged with provisions under the Section 59 of Hluttaw Election Law on 3-11-2020 and the fake seal he used was kept at Pathein Township Police Station.
