So-called PDF terrorists abducted an assistant primary teacher under violent threats in Salin Township of Magway Region

     Terrorists have been engaging in battles, carrying out attacks using heavy weapons, drones to drop bombs and improvised explosive devices across towns and villages in various states and regions. Moreover, they are committing inhumane acts of terror and criminal activities including abducting and extorting money from local civilians, as well as killings.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 9 December 2025 at 2:45 PM, security personnel members, upon scrutinizing the report that the so-called PDF terrorists abducted an education staff member in Salin Township of Magway Region, found that on 6 December at 8:00 AM, U Htet Linn Soe (29 years old), a resident of Oak Pho Kan Village in Salin Township and an assistant primary teacher from the Sub-Basic Primary School of Shwe Twin Too Village, was stopped and abducted by the so-called PDF terrorists while he was travelling alone by motorcycle to Kyat Pal Village, it is reported.

     With reference to the above incident, security personnel are continuing necessary operations in line with standard procedures to identify and apprehend the terrorists who committed inhumane acts of terror and criminal activities, including abduction, extortion and killings, as well as to rescue the abducted individuals, it is reported.
