Innocent Civilians Injured in Improvised Explosive Device Explosions Planted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Chauk and Salin Townships

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 22 March 2026 at 9:20 AM, a report state that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Chauk Township Public Hospital in Magway Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Myint Aung (56 years old), a resident of Tha Lone Thway Village in Chauk Township. According to the investigation, at 6:45 AM, on the same day, while the victim was walking to his plantation field located about six furlongs northeast of the village, he stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorists near the field, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 10:00 AM, on the same day, a report state that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Minhla Township Public Hospital in Magway Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Kyaw Myo Win (50 years old), a resident of Wun Pyae Village in Salin Township. According to the investigation, on 9 March 2026 at 11:00 AM, while the victim was burning trash in his plantation field located about three furlongs west of the village, an improvised explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorists exploded in the trash, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.
     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents to take effective action in accordance with the law.
