Two Innocent Civilians Injured after Triggering Landmine Planted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Loikaw Township of Kayah State

In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 3 December 2025 at 4:00 PM, U Re Ral (45 years old) and U Moe Kyaw (40 years old), both residents of Pan Kan Village in Loikaw Township of Kayah State, were returning by tractor from U Moe Kyaw’s upland plantation field west of the village. When the tractor reached an area near the village, it triggered a landmine planted by a so-called PDF terrorists. As a result, both men sustained shrapnel injuries and were transported to No. 7 Military Hospital (100-bedded) in Loikaw Town for medical treatment, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
