Terrorists carried out inhumane acts using explosive devices by capitalizing on unguarded moments of security personnel

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 6 February 2025 at 12:45 PM, a report stated that an explosion occurred near Pha Lan Kyin Village in Pwintphyu Township of Magway Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, they discovered that U Zin Min Tun (39 years old)and U Kyaw Htay Win (32 years old), both residents of the village, were heading to a plum plantation approximately one and a half miles south of their village. When they approached the plantation, they stepped on an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist faction, causing it to detonate. As a result, they sustained shrapnel injuries and were transported to Minbu Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
