Civil Servant and Two Innocent Civilians Injured in Drone Bomb Attack by KIA Insurgents and So-Called PDF Terrorists in Mogaung Township of Kachin State

     Terrorists are ruthlessly carrying out abductions, killings and armed attacks, using both heavy and small weapons, on wards and villages, as well as conducting drone strikes, all with the intent to harm civilians and spread fear.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 December 2025 at 5:30 PM, a report stated that two men and a woman with shrapnel injuries were admitted to Mogaung Township Public Hospital in Kachin State. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victims were identified as U Min Htet Naing (29 years old), the headmaster of the Basic Education Primary School in Ka Wah Yan Village and a resident of Ka Nyin Myaing Village in Mogaung Township U Min Min Tun (30 years old), his wife, Ma May Zin Aung (28 years old). At 1:45 PM, when the victims were talking near the 8 Mile Village crossroads, a bomb dropped from a drone by a combined group of KIA insurgents and so-called PDF terrorists exploded nearby, resulting in their injuries, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
