Sub-Village In-Charge’s House Burned Down by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Kyunsu Township of Tanintharyi Region

     The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorist group known as the so-called PDF. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they are also engaging in battels in tows and ward, indiscriminately planting landmines on public roads, and setting fire to government offices and houses.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 9 January 2026 at 7:30 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group arriving by motorboat at Taung Thone Lone Village in Kyunsu Township of Tanintharyi Region. The group then set fire to the house of the sub-village in-charge, U Aung Myint Zaw (aka) Ko Aung. As a result, the house was damaged by the fire, it is reported.

     Therefore, security personnel in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the aforementioned case, it is reported.
