So-Called PDF Terrorists Threatens to Close Schools in Salin Township of Magway Region

     Terrorists are committing inhumane acts with the intent to disrupt the education system, which is dedicated to improving and advancing children's learning. These acts include the destruction of school textbooks and stationery, the intimidation and abduction of education staff and students, targeted killings and the planting of explosive devices to destroy educational buildings.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 27 November 2025 at 12:30 PM, so-called PDF terrorists arrived at the Sub Basic Education High School in Tha Pyay Yoe Village, the Basic Education Primary School in Yone Pin Chaung Village, the Basic Education Secondary School in Ta Lin Gyi Kone Village, the Basic Education Secondary School in Lat Pan Oo Village, the Basic Education Primary School in Pauk Lay Pin Village, the Basic Education Primary School in Sin Put Village, the Basic Education Post-Primary School in Ywar Tan Shae Village; the Basic Education Primary School in Mu Yoe Kone Village; and the Basic Education Post-Primary School, all located in Salin Township. The terrorists attached papers containing a threatening message odering the closure of the schools to the school gate doors, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
