So-Called PDF Terrorists Commit Rob Sin Phyu Kyun Station Hospital of Medicines and Medical Equipment in Salin Township of Magway Region

     Armed terrorist groups are committing acts of violence in towns and villages across various regions and states. These acts include the arrest and extortion of civil servants and innocent civilians living peacefully, as well as the murder of these individuals. The groups also use weapons to threaten and rob people of their valuable possessions, including cars and motorcycles.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 7 January 2026 at 1:00 AM, a so-called PDF terrorist group arrived at the Sin Phyu Kyun Station Hospital in Myauk Shar Taw Village, Salin Township of Magway Region. The group planted landmines at the hospital perimeter. Additionally, they also threatened hospital staff and forcibly took medicines, medical equipment and staff belongings from the facility, it is reported.

     Regarding the above incident, security personnel are continuing necessary operations in accordance with standard procedures to identify, apprehend and take action against the terrorists involved, it is reported.
