Innocent Civilian Injured After Stepping on Landmine Planted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Natogyi Township of Mandalay Region

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 29 November 2025 at 7:50 PM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Kyaukse Township Public Hospital in Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victim was identified as U Than Zaw (36 years old), a resident of Pal Chat Village in Natogyi Township. On 28 November 2025 around 3:30 PM, while the victim was returning home from Na Bal Myit Village, he accidentally stepped on a landmine planted by a so-called PDF terrorists near the Kan Nha Sint jungle, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
