Innocent Civilian Abducted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Tada-U Township of Mandalay Region

   Terrorist groups have been engaging in battles, carrying out attacks using heavy weapons, drones to drop bombs, and improvised explosive devices across towns and villages in various states and regions. Moreover, they are committing inhumane acts of terror and criminal activities—including abducting and extorting money from local civilians and also election commission members, as well as killings.

   Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 11 December 2025, 11:30 AM, while U Ye Aung (aka) Ye Min Tun (38 years old), a security staff of the “STAOP” Oil and Gas Company and a resident of Aye Swa Village in Tada-U Township of Mandalay Region, was farming in his plantation field located between Aye Swa Village and Thin Tein Village, a group of approximately 20 so-called PDF terrorists arrived and abducted him, it is reported.

   Regarding the above incident, security personnel are continuing necessary operations in accordance with standard procedures to identify, apprehend, and take action against the terrorists involved, it is reported.
