So-Called PDF Terrorists Commit Robbery of Money and Gold Items in Tharzi Township of Mandalay Region

     Armed terrorist groups are committing acts of violence in towns and villages across various regions and states. These acts include the arrest and extortion of civil servants and innocent civilians living peacefully, as well as the murder of these individuals. The groups also use weapons to threaten and rob people of their valuable possessions, including cars and motorcycles.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 19 December 2025 at 7:30 PM, while Daw Kyi Myint (45 years old), a resident of Kyat Sa Kham Village in Tharzi Township of Mandalay Region, was at her house, four so-called PDF terrorists arrived and robbed of MMK 50 lakhs, a gold necklace and two gold rings it is reported. 

     Regarding the above incident, security personnel are continuing necessary operations in accordance with standard procedures to identify, apprehend and take action against the terrorists involved, it is reported.
