Innocent Civilian Shot Dead by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Natogyi Township of Mandalay Region

     The terrorists, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorists known as the so-called PDF. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing and killing government servants, monks and innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 28 January 2026 at 10:30 AM, while U Myo Nyunt (56 years old), a resident of Ya Thit Village in Natogyi Township of Mandalay Region, was at his house, six so-called PDF terrorists arrived by three motorcycles and opened fire on him, accusing him of being an “Informant” or “Decoy”. As a result, U Myo Nyunt died on the spot, it is reported.

     According to the above-mentioned case, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of innocent civilian by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incident, it is reported.
