Two Innocent Civilians Injured After Stepping on Landmines Planted by Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) Terrorists and So-Called PDF Terrorists in Kyaukme Township of Shan State

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 22 December 2025 at 2:10 PM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Kyaukme District Public Hospital in Shan State. Security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victim was identified as Ko Kyaw Swar Win (27 years old), a resident of Sa Khan Thar Village in Kyaukme Township. on the same day at 11:00 AM, while the victim was on his way to an upland plantation field about three miles northwest of the village, he stepped on a landmine planted by a combined group of Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) terrorists and so-called PDF terrorists near the field, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.

     Similarly, on the same day at 9:00 PM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Pyin Oo Lwin District Public Hospital in Mandalay Region. Security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victim was identified as U Kyaw Zaw Hein (32 years old), a resident of Sa Khan Thar Village in Kyaukme Township. On the same day at 11:30 AM, while the victim was on his way to his upland plantation field near the village, he stepped on a landmine planted by Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) terrorist group near the field, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents to take effective action in accordance with the law.
