Civil Servant and Child Injured in Improvised Rocket Attack by Terrorists in Salin Township of Magway Region

     Terrorists committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 23 March 2025 at 4:50 PM, a report stated that a woman and a child with shrapnel injuries were admitted to the Salin Township Public Hospital of Magway Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital for further investigation, it was discovered that the victims were Daw Kay Khine Oo (33 years old), a senior assistant teacher from Maung Kawt Kan Sub Basic Education High School and a resident of Myaung Hla Oo Village and Mg Min Thu Kha(four years old), a resident of Pauk Sein Pauk Village. Both villages are located in Salin Township. The incident occurred when a so-called PDF terrorist faction fired improvised rockets into the victims’ villages. The rockets exploded within the villages, causing injuries to the victims, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are injured or killed. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
