Three Innocent Civilians Abducted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Salin Township of Mgaway Region

     Terrorists have been engaging in battles, carrying out attacks using heavy weapons, drones to drop bombs and improvised explosive devices across towns and villages in various states and regions. Moreover, they are committing inhumane acts of terror and criminal activities-including abducting and extorting money from local civilians and also election commission members, as well as killings.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 5 December 2025, at 11:30 PM, a group of 30 so-called PDF terrorists arriving by 18 motorcycles at Kan Swal Village in Salin Township of Magway Region. The terrorists then abducted U Lay Win (44 years old), son of U Hla Aung, Daw Htay Htay Sein (46 years old), a daughter in law of U Hla Aung and Mg Shein Htet Ko (10 years old) and a grandson of U Hla Aung, all residents of Myay Mi Kone Ward in Salin Township, who were visiting at the house of U Hla Aung, a resident of the village, it is reported. 

     Regarding the above incident, security personnel are continuing necessary operations in accordance with standard procedures to identify, apprehend and take action against the terrorists involved, it is reported.
