Innocent Civilian Injured in Improvised Explosive Device Explosion Planted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Mogok Township of Mandalay Region

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
      Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 26 March 2026 at 7:15 PM, a report state that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Mandalay Public Hospital in Chanayetharzan Township of Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as U Thein Oo (aka) U Toe (50 years old), a resident of Kyauk Phyar Village in Mogok Township. According to the investigation, the victim was heading to his banana plantation field in Thit Seik Kone Village. At 10:00 AM, on the same day, when he reached an area about a half of one miles east of the village, he stepped on an improvised explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorists, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.
     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
