So-Called PDF Terrorist Group Robs of Sewage Disposal Vehicle Owned by Township Development Committee in Shwebo Township of Sagaing Region

     Terrorist groups are committing acts of violence, including abducting and threatening innocent civilians for ransom, killing them, as well as extorting and robbing valuable property, cars and motorcycles.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 7 October 2025 at 12:30 PM, Pump Opreator Grade-4 U Htway Thein (52 years old) from the Shwebo Township Development Committee and his assistant pump operator U Kyaw Aye (46 years old), both residents of No.7 Ward in Shwebo Town, were driving DONGFENG six wheeler sewage disposal truck (license plate No.5Q-XXXX) belong to the Committee. They collected sewage from a house in No.10 Ward and then headed to Oak Shit Kan Cemetery, located about two miles southwest Shwebo Town, to dispose of the waste. Upon arriving near a cemetery, a group of so-called PDF terrorists appeared. The vehicle was then stopped temporarily and while the two operators were hiding in nearby bushes, the terrorist group drove the truck away, it is reported.

     Security personnel are persistently taking necessary measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the aforementioned case, it is reported.
