Innocent Civilian Injured in Improvised Rocket Attack by So-Called PDF Terrorist Group in Gangaw Township of Magway Region

     Terrorists are ruthlessly carrying out abductions, killings and armed attacks, using both heavy and small weapons, on wards and villages, as well as conducting drone strikes, all with the intent to harm civilians and spread fear. They are also indiscriminately planting landmines on public roads, targeting government offices with explosives and engaging in destructive acts without regard for reason or morality.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 7 October 2025 at 8:10 PM, Daw Khin Aye Kyu (73 years old), a resident of No.1 Ward in Gangaw Township of Magway Region, was at her house, an improvised rocket fired by a so-called PDF terrorist group hit her house. As a result, Daw Khin Aye Kyu sustained shrapnel injuries. She is currently receiving medical treatment at Gangaw Township Public Hospital, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
