1. Aung Min Galar Highway Bus Terminal

  • Situated at the Mingalardon Township
  • Started to open 20.11.2002

  • In Yangon YBS lines 2, 11, 16, 36 and estimation 7500 taxis are existed and it is daily service to Public who continue to make a journey to Region and State to stay in hotels for convenience, health and security and cooperate with station employee, security and discipline police, service agencies, local administrative office, human trafficking, and tourism police, except from Ayeyawaddy Region.

Eastern Yangon small vehicle terminal (1) (2)

  • In the corner of Yatanar Road and Thumingalar Road South Okalarpa Township.
  • Started to open 24-6-2015.
  • About Station (1) in width ( 0.4 ) acres.
  • About Station (2) in width ( 0.3832 ) acres.

Cargo Terminal Station, Eastern Yangon

  • Near Maungmakan Kanntharthar Street, Land Survey No (20/A), South Dagon Township.
  • Constructed at 25-7-2014.
  • In width 18.714 acres

  • Near Dagon-Ayeyar Broker Sale Center and Highway Terminal, beside the Road of Yangon- Pathein, Hlaingtharyar Township.
  • Constructing at 10-4-2014 and Completed at 25-12-2015.

  • Situated at Mayangone Towship.
  • Started to open 18-10-1990.
  • In width 75.194 acres
  • By distribution kitchen goods such as dried goods, rice, cooking oil, pulses, chillies, onions, potatoes, dried fish and fish paste and storing goods to the public and service. Goods entering from Ayeyarwaddy and Tanintharyi Region by the water routes are distributing and uploading at jetty (3) which is beside Hlaingriver.

(A) Shop, car stand, broker sale center, land permit name changed application- the following papers is attached to application of owner. -

  • Legally accepted the confirm evidence.
  • NRC copy.
  • Placed shop (permit) copy.
  • Shop transfer/accept instrument copy ( if present)
  • Shop registration copy (if present)

(B) Paid receipt endorsement application of shop/ car gate/broker sale center/lands permit/instrument/registration copy. Owner application is attached to the following papers :

  • NRC copy.
  • Legally confirmation owned evidence.
  • Endorsement of police clearance.
  • Announcement of newspaper.( if apply the instrument copy )

(C) Work license, restaurant license (new) application. Owner application is attached the following papers :

  • ( 4"x6" ) work color photos(3). ( lay out of near in front of, away of restaurant/lay of work)
  • 3 color photos (passport size)
  • NRC copy
  • Permit and endorsement of related respective Department/ party.
  • Endorse of tax- accomplishment by Inland Revenue Directorate.

(D) Extend application of work license, restaurant license. Owner application is attached the following papers :

  • 3 color photos (passport size)
  • NRC copy.
  • Work license card copy/origin ( last year ).
  • Endorse of tax- accomplishment by Inland Revenue Directorate.

(E) Rest House license (new/extension) application. Owner application is attached the following papers :

  • 4"x6" work color 3 photos. (layout of near, front of, away, number of rooms, raw map of its kind and formation)
  • Color passport 3 photos.
  • NRC copy
  • Certificate of Township GA and Administrator.
  • Endorsement of TMO Directorate.
  • Endorsement of Township Police Station
  • Endorsement of Township Fire Brigade Directorate.
  • Endorsement of Township Electrical Department.

(F) Application of work license(extension) to name changed/ address changed/ lessen name/ increase name/ license card copy. Owner application attached the following papers :

  • Color passport photo (3)
  • NRC copy
  • Work license card copy/origin (pervious year).
  • Census copy( if family member)
  • Certificate of no objection of origin professional

(G) Application of bill Board. Owner application is attached to the following papers :

  • Raw map of the letters of bill board, size, and location.
  • Confirm evidence copy of legally owner or endorsement of origin owner right if it is rent.

(H) Stuck the sunshade (temporary) application. Owner application is attached to the following papers :

  • Photo of measurement of sunshade and shop photo.
  • Confirm evidence copy of legally owner.
  • Bond if the Department directed it will dislodge within 24 hour.

(I) Application minor repairmen of shop/car gate/broker sale center. Applicant should describe the repair parts and also the condition of repair together with personal application and is attached to the following papers :

  • NRC copy
  • Confirm evidence of legally owned
  • Origin building, 4x6 color 3 photos showing the rooms condition

(J) Business transferred. Owner application attached the following papers :

  • NRC copy
  • Confirm evidence of legally owned

(K) Terminal work of license - Forward application with the owner personal application.

(L) New Private Pawnshop Application - If new private pawnshop will apply, the following papers are attached to completely personal application :

  • Complete address of private pawnshop.
  • Complete address of applicant ad phone number.

NRC and census copies of applicant (attached)

Only after the Committee's permit, it is to be the place of pawnshop. There is no allowance to other township which is allowed to open. If want to transfer during the township that allow only the township, only after the permit of the Department allow is received.

(M) Name changed the pawnshop of owner - The following papers are attached to personal application with the name changing :

  • Bond of applicant.
  • If the relation is being expressed when it's been family member.
  • NRC and census copies.
  • Certificate of no objection of family members.
  • Certificate of respective Administrative Committee expressed that it have the members of family; parents, wife, husband, son, daughter ad brothers and sisters.
  • Certificate of ward Administrator expressing, he or she is the only one husband or wife in name changing from husband to wife or wife to husband.
  • Affidavit.
  • Special Power.
