Basic requirements for service
- Applicant must be between 16 and 30 years old.
- Applicant must be able to write and read.
- Applicant must be willing to pursue subjects for vocational expertise.
- Applicant who is from rural areas and jobless and poor will be prioritized for selection.
- Applicant must be the one who has an ambition to earn her living with vocational expertise after the training.
- If the one who has completed her training from the vocational training school proposes to attend the training again, she must be the one who is currently earning her living by this vocational expertise.
Service charge
Free of charge.
Steps for application
- The applicants who have been scrutinized and selected by respective ward/village administrator will be selected again by respective township administrator.
- The initially selected applicants will be approved and selected after medical check up in coordination with township health department.
- Applicants from other towns and villages have to stay at hostels except those who are residents.
- The applicants who have already been chosen by State/Region Development Supervisory Office in coordination with respective General Administration Department will be approved and selected.

- Basic vocational training;
- Advanced tailoring;
- Course for crochet and knitting;
- Basic hand-loom course;
- Traditional hand-weaving training;
- Basic domestic handiwork (cane/bamboo) course;
- Gems art training.
