Basic Requirement to Get Service

-    It must be SME Member
-    It must be registered at related Departments according to the business categories.
-    The registeration period is at least 2 years and it must be runned actually. (In some region, according to condition of SME, 2 year limit can be reduced.)


Necessary Documents


-    SME Member Card copy/ MSME Registration Certificate (Temporary)
-    SME data form for applying Recommendation Letter
-    Family list copy
-    Copy of Liscene /Approvement/Registration from related departments
-    National Identity Card Copy


Steps for Applying 


Step 1 – Applying SME recommendation Letter 
SMEs have to submit to related branches from States/Regions/Union territory, Naypyitaw of Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection (DISI) with required documents.


Step 2 – Onsite Inspection
Concerned DISI Offices inspect onground conditions of SMEs whether the description of documents conform with the actual condition by onsite inspecting. If they find out conformity with ground and documents, they report to the head of department of the States/Regions/Union territory, Naypyitaw to issue SME Recommendation Letter. After receving Recommendation Letter, they send to SMEs.
