Basic Requirements for the services
The sailor has to report and apply the form to DMA Shipping Division of Department of Marine Administration in order to work / for employment on the ship.
Process for application:,
- The applicant needs to apply the testimonial form on the DMA Website.
- The respective companies (with SRPS license) have to request for approval with the necessary documents.
- The representatives from DMA Shipping Division will approve the testimonial form after reviewing.
Service Charges – 3000 MMK
Required Documents
- If the applicants are Crew, following shall be submitted-
- Matriculation examination certificate?,
- COP, and
- Contract agreement.
- If the applicants are the Officers, following shall be submitted-
- COC Certificate, and
- Contract agreement.
- Applicants who are graduates from MMU, MMMC, following shall be submitted-
- Graduation Certificate,
- MOA,
- Contract agreement,
- COP, and
- TRB No
Applying steps/ Steps for Application:
- SRPS Companies need to apply the testimonial form to DMA Shipping Division for getting the Service of sailors.
- After submission on the DMA office website, the testimonial form has to be submitted to the DMA Shipping Division with the necessary documents by entering the relevant data documents of the sailors in the Sea Service Application List.
- After the respective officer has reviewed the Sea service application form that is applied by SRPS companies, the same l be approved online.
