The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorists known as the so-called PDF. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing and killing government servants, monks and innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.

အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့များဖြစ်သော CRPH နှင့် NUG တို့သည် နိုင်ငံတော်ကြီး အလုံးစုံပျက်သုဉ်းရေး ဦးတည်ချက်များဖြင့် PDF အမည်ခံ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့များကို ဖွဲ့စည်း၍ အချို့သောဒေသများတွင် မြို့၊ ရွာများအတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်ကာ တိုက်ပွဲဖော်ဆောင်ခြင်း၊ အကြမ်းဖက်ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းနှင့် အစိုးရဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ သာသနာ့အကျိုးသယ်ပိုးထမ်းဆောင်လျက်ရှိသော ရဟန်းသံဃာများ၊ အေးချမ်းစွာ နေထိုင်လျက်ရှိသော အပြစ်မဲ့ ဒေသခံပြည်သူများအား ခေါင်းစဉ်အမျိုးမျိုးတပ်၍ ဖမ်းဆီးနှိပ်စက် သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းများ လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိသည်။
