    Six women were injured as a result of a male terrorist recklessly detonating a mine in a public area at the State-owned Internal Revenue Department Office in Kyauktada Township, Yangon Region.
    The incident happened that, on 5 June at 12:00 PM, a male terrorist (under scrutiny), wearing a mask and carrying a red Tiffin-carrier bag, arrived in front of No. (62), on the third floor of the No. (3) Medium Taxpayers Office, Internal Revenue Department, located in Kyauktada Township, Yangon Region. The individual proceeded to leave the bag, containing a homemade mine, underneath a steel bench intended for guests next to the registration table for people who come to the office. Shortly after, the bag exploded, resulting in injuries sustained by the following individuals: Daw Izana (30 years old), Daw Phyo Phyo Aung (30 years old), Ma Su Hnin Oo (20 years old), Ma Myat Hmu Khin (23 years old), Ma Nan Charry (30 years old), and Daw Khin Lat (61 years old). They were promptly transported to a military hospital for medical treatment. Additionally, pieces of PVC pipe, a battery shell, a small switch and a burned red bag were found and seized near the scene, it is reported.   
    Security force members are continue taking necessary measures to take punitive legal actions against the perpetrator, who recklessly blew up a mine at the public entrance/exit place in the State-owned building, as soonest in accordance with laws and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
